During this Tip Of The Month,

we'd like to talk about the 90 day rule and how what you're doing right now is going to impact your business 90 days from now. That's right. All of the calls you're making, everything you're doing right now is going to have an impact in January.

So we want to make sure

that you're staying in the game. Right now, it's the end of the year, right? Most people are getting out of real estate.

You're going to be the agent

who stays in the game. What you need to be doing, remember the fourth quarter is the second-best quarter, and we want you to have income in January.

So stay in the game,

maximize every opportunity that you can. And remember, the 90 day rule is 100% going to impact your life. So 90 days from now, what's going to be happening?

Make those appointments,
