Why You Need to Thank Your Past Clients and Getting More Referrals – Tip of the Month

This month's tip of the month is November, and what I believe is every November, you should be thanking all of your past clients, your referral sources, and asking for more business, and so this is a great month to do a thank-you campaign.

You can also jump onto Facebook and ask your friends for a five-star recommendation as well. Remember, ask people and thank them for referrals at the same time.

For example, you can say, “Thank you for all the referrals that you gave me this year.” If they didn't give you one, you are preemptively thanking them for the referrals that they're going to give you.

So what you want to do is start a thank-you campaign, whether you're sending out pumpkins or you're sending out pumpkin pies.

You can be thank people using some type of card, mailer, email, please make phone calls, talk to people, send them something that says thank you for the business that you've given us.

Thanksgiving and the month of November is a great time to thank the people for the referrals they've given you, and ask for new referrals in the coming year.
